Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Kitsap Kitchen and Bath Co. fixed a remodel of another contractor. They are the prime example of expertise and workmanship of what a contractor should be like. I would hire them for any other work that was required in my home, and will recommend them to anyone who needs work accomplished in their home.

Our new bathroom still amazes me, from the innovative materials to the exceptional workmanship. The little details in the tile, cabinetry and stonework are beautiful, and the creative design work made this bathroom much more accessible than we would have thought possible in our small space.
