Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Lies. All lies. The Kohler Rep came out and sold us a bunch of lies. 1) "Showroom ready" is now left for us to texture the walls, paint, add trim and fix holes - they didn't cover the toilet or sink water pipes at the wall hole which is big enough for a mouse to crawl through! 2) "I'll be out every day...

The design service was extremely helpful in designing our bathroom update. Heather was great to work with. She listened carefully and provided options that reflected my tastes and needs. After we finalized the design, she reached out to the local Kohler Design Store to connect them to me so I could see the actual products and get quotes. I highly recommend this service.

Absolutely recommend! I'd love to design and decorate my home, but without Angela's help, I never would have come up with the floor plan for my small (6' x 8') bathroom space. We were able to put everything I wanted into this room, and it will be fabulous! Well worth the money I spent on the service....
