The siding team did a nice job with the work. The roof.. not so much.
They had poor customer service.
Everyone I had contact with were very friendly, courteous going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the process, the experience, the planning, outcome and results. They were truly easy to work with and professional.
They did the work on a timely basis and professionally. We had one little hiccup with the shingles not laying down flat, but they sent someone out and resolved it.
Transparent and easy to communicate with they responded quickly and effectively
Pedro was clear and made sure to answer any of my questions.
We weren’t home when project was done. Two weeks later upon coming into driveway OUR cord was left laying across driveway, entering house no electricity. Outlet on back of house was used which broke the circuit breaker to freezer in basement.
Debris had fallen into stove exhaust. We weren’t aware until a few weeks later our microwave wasn’t working.
Lots of nails left laying noticeably on deck, they came to go around house cleaning up but couple dozen left that we needed to pry out between boards.
All fixed great.
The installer's boss came and left after just a bit. One of the workers left after that, ran up time, and bought some beer. When he came back, he took one up on the roof with him and was drinking it on the job. When I told them, the company told me they were just drinking water. I know what a bottle of Corona looks like compared to water. We even have pictures that we sent the company, and they still didn't believe us. We didn't appreciate that.
The actual work and the guys that did the work did a great job! The ones that managed the project did follow through and communicate.
I was disappointed. They did not repair my house. They were very terrible.
It was a very positive experience with excellent communication.
They are very professional and reach back out to you. They are friendly and transparent. They did a great job overall, from start to finish.
Our experience with Legacy was more than we could hope for, from the first person we met to the finish of our project, everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything to do with the project.
They provided excellent customer care and communication. They gave me plenty of options to choose from.
Even though the roof replacement was a long and drawn out process interacting with the insurance company, Legacy provided communications when asked and followed up often until the job was approved and completed.
Be honest with their customers, provide them with billing, say what they are going to charge for and don't lie about what they do charge for.
Courteous customer service, all the way, and we are thankful for that. Overall experience was not great. Between cleanup, some damage and a frustrating, drawn out resolution process, we did not finish as happy customers.
Having had this experience, in the future I would seek out a small company. There were so many different people involved, which I feel complicated the process.
I contracted their service, and they did a very good job with my roof. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. They did a good job. Thumbs up!
They did a great job on the roof!
I highly recommend this company!
This was a great company to work with. Legacy was efficient from beginning til the end !
The work was done in one day, and occurred at the tail end of the roofing season. Thus far we have no complaints. Our roof is covered with snow (Feb 11) so we cannot inspect anything, but when we observed before the snow cover, it looked like any other roof in our neighborhood. The price was a bit high for us, but the promise that it would be the last roof we would need (we are in our early 70's) was reassuring.
Terrible communication and you busted my gutters during install
They have poor communication skills.
The experience that I had with Legacy during the process of getting the work done was too long. It took them from August to October to complete the work.
