Area Of Satisfaction - I feel the company exceeded my expectations in terms of resolving the major issues going on through the process of putting in our bath tub. We upgraded our bathroom, and that process would be where I feel they exceeded.

Liberty built a good house for us overall, but I feel when we were trying to be proactive and avoid issues we were brushed off and then when the issue happened we had to chase a solution. Our doors have a 1" gap under them; we tried addressing this in preconstruction to frame them lower and cut the doors down before they even got permits, now I'm stuck with it, very frustrating.

Favorite Part - My favorite part was their timeliness. They completed the project before the estimated date.

Not entirely. The process wasn't extremely pleasant (some things were good), but they built a beautiful home. There was an attitude like they are doing us some great favor and we should be happy to get what we get. These houses are expensive! But ultimately we are very happy with the house.

After being asked to update this rating, it is an opportunity to elaborate that upon contacting the GM of liberty- there was no help.I was more or less an annoyance. Now (1 year later) come to find out the HOA (which is controlled by liberty as they still own a majority of the lots) wants to double the monthly fee to cover areas they have neglected to maintain. Don’t expect an honest experience.

Wes, the realtor in Sunset Hills was not a very good realtor to deal with. He doesn't communicate well, doesnt check emails, and never makes me feel like he remembered i was building a house with liberty homes.

Our experience with Liberty Homes was amazing. They followed through with everything they had promised. We could not be happier with our home. Everything was done in a timely manner, and everyone was very professional. We love our home!

Overall very please and very happy with what they did. Some back and forth communication between landowner picking lots out regarding water pressure, but they did a fine job.
