I had two sets of windows installed in two different houses and I haven’t really seen the inside of the windows at my rental property, but it sure made the house look very nice and attractable from the outside and I’m waiting to see how the air conditioning this summer and heating goes this winter

And I loved the pricing sheet so you knew exactly what each item was going to cost. Quick, efficient, friendly, no mess for me to clean up, on time arriving and finishing. Love the work!

Two day project turned into a two week project. Partly due to waiting for inspection, but then the drywall crew had to come back three days to finish and used caulk that you can’t paint over. Finally had a guy put paintable caulking over the non paintable stuff to complete the project after we complained on the initial survey. Very costly project after all is said in done with all the work we had to miss to get it done and it’s essentially just a new shower and walls.

The price negotiate with sales person didn't represent our final loan paper amount. Will be talking with loan person today. Beautiful shower was installed with minor adjustments to be made.

The 1 day install

The cost of three windows was extremely high. 12 years ago I had my house stripped to the sheathing, 1 in. Insulation, vinyl siding,and 10 Andersen windows installed for 40K. I got 3 of your windows for just under 11K. My opinion is they are way over priced. Probably won't recommend them to anyone.

Quality and timely installation, was all clean with no debris left behind.

They were very honest. They kept to there schedule. workmanship was very good. I liked that they cleaned up very well each day.

There was ashower that failed & Mad City came in, removed all old tile,waĺls down to studs and replaceed new walls and pipes where needed. 2nd day they installed my luxury shower with perfection! I JUST LOVE THE SEAT & NICHES. I can't wait to get to my tub to shower conversion.
