There was a mistake made by the installer to start with. While trying to fix it, he left a lot of unfinished wall and floor. He also left a big mess in the bathroom under in the basement. It's been a couple of weeks and no one has been back to fix the problem.

Was lied to about several things and threatened when I told them I was unhappy. Would never use them again. It says I'm not likely to use them again, that's not true,I WILL, NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.

Charles was terrific on the installation. However he put the shower curtain rod too short so Mike came out and raised it to 78 in.

Window quality is not what expected. Latches do not line up on the 3ls 1/4 1/2 1/4 sliding window. Very poor quality for the price that was paid. Have align perfectly or the latches miss.

I will definitely not recommend Mad City to friends or family. In fact, I will strongly recommend against them.

lower your price some, carpenter did a very good job, plumber wasn't very careful nocked holes in sheet rock and didn't clean up after he was done, carpenter did fix the holes.

Salesman was patient and kind. Installers were professional and courteous. Everyone was polite when I asked questions.

Product is very nice but time involved is not what you are lead to believe.
