Tom took time out of his day almost everyday to stop by to make sure we were happy. When something happened he did everything he could to fix it. Jon was so fun in the beginning with all the demo. He made a special project just for me. I wanted to demo a wall and he made me a spot I could go right through. Just made me feel special. Mark was so detail oriented at the end. He made us feel like he genuinely cared about how things finished and made sure we were happy everyday.

I had never done a redesign before but had heard horror stories about working with other firms. After we met with Murphy Bros. the first time, we knew we were going to get the bathroom we wanted and work with nice, helpful consultants.

Kasey had lots of ideas and was so pleasant, so we decided to work with Murphy Bros. We were very excited that Murphy has their own cabinet maker, too!

Additional Comments - We chose Murphy even though it was more expensive than our other two bids and it was well worth it. The other two companies said they would have to smash our existing tile to take out the vanity. Murphy Bros. was careful not to disturb the tile (which we really like) because they cared about what we wanted.

First with bringing it to our attention, and then investigating and solving the issue. We were exceedingly happy with the carpenters, and sub contractors as they are truly skilled in what they do. Jonah, Paul and Jon were the main people that were involved in our project, but the person(s) designing our project along with all of the people performing the work on site should be recognized as well. I don't remember all of the names so I won't attempt to put any names here. I would also add that Jonah, Paul and Jon along with everyone working on site was very friendly and communicated with us on questions and progress.

Additional Comments - The sub contractors that they hired to work on our project also had expertise and experience that worked well for our project.

We are very satisfied with our Murphy Express remodel. McKenzie, our project manager, was very professional and made helpful suggestions on granite choices and some of the fixtures. Granite and fixtures were all very high quality.

Communication - She kept us informed on scheduling and arranged for the crew to enter our home when we were out of town. This worked well with our schedule.

Additional Comments - It was a project that we were bummed about. It was a big project, but I wouldn't think twice about using Murphy Bros. again. We are very glad we went with them.

We used Murphy Brothers for a large porch addition to our home. We started with an old open deck, and had a vision for our dream three-season porch. It was a large project. The porch is 18x20', needed to be raised three feet to match our main floor level, includes completely new French door opening, a vaulted ceiling, full surround Sunspace 4-panel windows, and an outside deck area for the grill. We told them we wanted it to look like it was always there as a part of the original home, and they delivered - inside, outside and the roof line all look great. We also wanted the feel of being in a tree house when enjoying the porch, and that's exactly what we got. A couple other things we really appreciated were the clear constant communication, and how well they cleaned up the site during the entire duration of the project. Even the neighbors commented how impressed they were with their hard work and respect for the tight cul-de-sac neighborhood. A great team all around, but key were Jeff, our Design Consultant, David, our Project Manager, and Earl, our Lead Carpenter (a true craftsman). We are very happy with the end result, and highly recommend Murphy Brothers.

I was satisfied with the services I received from my remodel project. I appreciate them managing expectations throughout the process. When we encountered obstacles, they were quick to help solve the problem.

I am very happy with the work that everyone at Murphy Bros has done. The new kitchen looks just as it did in my mind’s eye and has delightful functionality.
