When I first called them I spoke to the secretary. Optima Home Improvements sent Gleb to me, and gave me the best price that he could. He also let me know the time that it would take to do the installation. Gleb was very cooperative and told me everything I needed to know.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the service provided. The Optima installers were professional, quick, and very clean.

They were very knowledgeable and the in home demonstration was fantastic. They answered all of our questions and showed us a lot of options. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't need .
