As a family-owned company, Pool and Spa Depot embraces traditional values, placing our customers first. We shop the world and bring the best products to our customers. We provide the best selection of swimming pools, equipment, water treatment products, spas, saunas, and leisure-related products. When they moved to Nashville from England in 1989, Peter and Sandra von Hopffgarten had a vision. They wanted to provide the best customer service, quality brand names, service and selection of swimming pools, spas & hot tubs and other recreational products.

This is absolutely the worst company . DO NOT GET YOUR POOL FROM THEM. We paid $32,000 for this crap. The crew that came out to start digging were high and drunk most of the time. We totally love our pool. My recommendation is to buy the robot pool cleaner along with your pool. It cleans our pool perfectly.

The installation was delayed many times and subsequent service calls where always rescheduled for one reason or another. I ordered the 20K gal..in ground pool Nov. 2016, They broke ground in March, 2017 and we could finally use the pool in June. It's August now and were still waiting for installation...

John, you requested your solar cover and safety cover be installed on the same day due to you going out of town. You also requested to have the safety cover removed on another date so that company could use your pool. It is impossible to install both covers on the same day because each cover requires a day to install correctly. You were rescheduled in order to make the installs happen during your needed timeframe and unfortunately this required multiple service calls. Your solar cover has been installed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the end result. Pool & Spa Depot was very easy to work with, and they were straight forward. There were no surprises.

They were very organized and they did an outstanding job. Their installers came to the job site and did what they said they would do, completing the project in two weeks and I'm very happy with the workmanship that they did. Jim, the project manager, kept everyone on task and everything going straight.
