$60K pool with several problems including electrical mistakes that cannot be corrected. A site plan that many crews did not follow or read at all. A project manager who offered excuses and flat out lies instead of correcting or admitting mistakes. No accountability from project manager.

Premier Pools should make sure their contractors are professional and knowledgeable about the pool, so there is not an experience like this again.

The way that they manage their projects is stressful and unprofessional. It was very hard for me to get in touch with the project manager and salesman and when I finally did, they did not address my concerns. Our finished product was also not what we had ordered which was frustrating.

The workers were really good and Luis was really good. The office did not communicate real well. One time they called me at 8 o'clock the night before to let me know that they were going to come and do the electrical. It would have been better if it was a more reasonable time than at nighttime like that.
