Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

This is our second pool built by Pulliam Pools. They have been in business for as long as they have for a reason. They take the time to make sure the pool owner is satisfied. If there comes a time for us to build another pool you know who we will call.

They really were wonderful! We ran into a weather issue, but it got done. They took care of all of our problems with no expense to us. They communicated well throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

We would recommend Pulliam to anyone wanting to build a pool. We spoke with Pulliam plus 3 other pool builders, and Pulliam just blew the others away. Pulliam did a fantastic job from start to finish. We are very happy with how smooth the pool building process went. We had a few issues with drainage, but Pulliam worked with us until the issue was resolved.
