Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Quality Home Improvements was professional in every respect. They have an obvious fine rapport with theircraftsmen who have worked with them for many years. Their employees show up on time and work steadily until quitting time or the job is done. They also have obvious good working relationships...

I have used Quality Home Improvement for large jobs on my home and also for work on rent houses. They know their business, and I have been able to depend on them to do it well and complete it in the time frame that they estimate. Fred is great at assessing the problems and knowing what needs to be done...

We have used them on a number of projects including full painting and repair on the exterior of our home. They did an excellent job. They replaced half of our driveway after it was damaged and they did an excellent job.

It was a pleasure to work with Quality Home Improvements. The project was handled very professionally and in a timely manner by experienced personnel. Everyone was professional and gracious. We were also encouraged that all the trades hired were in fact Christians. Any concerns were handled immediately....

From the beginning, they were totally professional with everything they told us. They came out in a timely fashion and looked at our situation and made suggestions and recommendations. The work was completed ahead of time and we are very pleased with it. We are going to have them do another job for us in September.

QHII performed exactly to the contract. They arrived on time, kept the construction dust and noise to an absolute minimum, cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. The work was done expertly and the result was excellent. Workers were quiet and super-courteous. I would recommend this business to anyone.
