The crew worked all day to install 6 windows and a sliding glass door with great attention to detail. The door had rotted wood under it, which the workers replaced. Fantastic job, money well spent.

The workers did an excellent job and follow-up with their supervisor was also top notch. Workers were efficient and clean. The windows look beautiful.

He helped us understand the whole process and answered all of our questions in person and over the phone. RJW is a great company to work with and they completed a clean installation. The sales, office staff and project manager were great. The workers that did the job did some damage which was taken care of but should not have happened. RJW took care of all of the issues but if they had just taken a little care in prepping the area there wouldn't have been a problem.

The experience with the team at RJW was outstanding on every level. Each member of the organization handled our project with ease and professionalism, from scheduling to measuring and install. Every question of ours was answered knowledgeably and the quality of the work done in our home was beyond exception.

Rjw was my first bid on the project, and while their costs seemed high, the level of work my home needed justified all the recommendations improvements and expenses. The sale team was courteous and listened to my needs but the install team where the real rock stars. Guys where fast, worked hard, and took good care of my property for what I knew was going to be a hard job. Even the few little mishaps were addressed quickly by the Project Manager and made right to my satisfaction. Very satisfied with the work product and the huge update to my home.
