DON'T LET SERVPRO RUIN YOUR HOME!! We had an attic water heater burst causing our living room ceiling to fall in and flooding our entire first floor. I had just left on a trip and my wife and 2 year old came home to the active situation. Having never experienced something like this, my wife called ServPro. The crew that was dispatched started by moving some wet/damaged furniture ONTO an undamaged rug in another room which permanently stained it with rust. Then they placed ~30+ industrial strength air movers/fans around our home...AND THEN started ripping out the wet/damaged drywall and insulation. Our once beautiful home was completely coated with the demo debris, adding a huge new issue to the already traumatic situation instead of reducing it and leaving my normally steadfast wife in tears. After we (and our insurance adjustor) pointed out their error they admitted fault and assigned a new crew, which is where the help ended. Mistakes continued, parts of the work had to be redone and we were personally detecting spots of moisture where ServPro hadn't even checked. Ultimately we asked them to finish the basic job and leave. We requested that they clean the debris they caused and return our home at least to its prior state, which the on site manager agreed to do free of charge. Weeks after the initial work was done, a full cleaning crew showed up but the effort was mediocre, they threatened to quit several times lacking reasons and in the end sent me a cleaning bill for $1700!! which we were harassed about again in October (the cleaning was done in April...). No one at the office seems to know anything about the promises made or the awful service provided, they just want money, but the employee turnover that we've witnessed in just a few months seems rampant so how could they. ServPro is a big brand name with lots of visible advertising, but when you get down to it seems like a turnstile of inexperience. I believe their slogan is Like It Never Happened and trust me, I wish all this hadn't.

ServPro's response to the pipe break in our house. The remediation was adequate but the reconstruction was pathetic. I asked the owners multiple times to come out to the house and to this day they still haven't come. I am still repairing the work they performed here. The contractors they used for the reconstruction were unprepared and unprofessional. I highly do not recommend using ServPro of Kingwood & Humble.

ServPro came in at the request of my insurance company after I had a roof leak that caused ceiling damage in my kitchen. Employees were in my house every day for a total of 5 days checking on the progress of drying and dehumidifying of sheetrock, etc.. All of them were very personable and very professional. Sam and Joe gave me business cards, and told me to call them if I had any questions or problems. Dealing with them was truly a positive experience, and I would recommend them to anyone experiencing similar problems in their home.

They were extremely fast they showed up assessed the damage an immediately started to demo the effected areas. They also did a great job of isolating the sections of the house so that no debris would get into the areas of the home that were not damaged. I was very satisfied with the level of urgency and with the professionalism displayed by everyone at ServPro.

Sam and his team took time and gentle care with our home. They were amazing.

I had a difficult time convincing ServPro that there was still a musty odor in my bathroom, because I felt there was water under the tile floor where the leak happened. I pulled up a few tiles and sure enough, the subfloor was soaked. They also left about a 6" thin hole in my wall from one of their fans. I thought the hole was a smudge on the wall and didn't realize otherwise until a few days after ServPro had removed their equipment.

They were very, very good. I have no hesitation to use them again or recommend them. The franchise we used was just fantastic. I could not have asked for a better experience in a bad situation.

At a particularly difficult time, ServPro stepped in and made life easier and better almost immediately. I would highly recommend them for any emergency situation.

All I can say is they were great. They cam out the same day. I had called a couple of other companys prior to Servpro and it was going to be next day before someone would be able to come out!!! I would recommend Servpro first. Forget the others. Very satisfied customer.
