Our Process; Showroom consultation (no charge), Home survey, Conceptual Design & Budget. You & your designer may enter into a retainer agreement prior to conceptual design. At final concept, selections & budget a construction agreement is entered into. Your Project Coordinator, Procurement Manager, Draft Person Plan Checker & Lead Carpenter & Assistant then begin executing your new kitchen, addition or bathroom.

Our History: Gary Case... "I opened the showroom first week of January 2010. Prior to our showroom from 1997 to 2007 I bought houses in DC and either remodeled them for resale or subdivided them into condominiums for resale. Before that I did the same thing in Maryland from 1980 to 1997. This entire time from 1980 through today I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker. In 2007 I was quite concerned about the market. The price of houses needing complete renovation had gotten way to high. I was competing for property with people who decided buying and selling was their new career the day before they arrived at auction. It was clear to me it was time to get out. But I had a dilemma. Over the course of ten years I had developed a crew of 16 men who were excellent craftsman. The could underpin a house, torch down a rubber roof. Rebuild the interior of a house from the footer to the attic. The quality of their work was very high because my expectation were always very high. I did not want to lose the asset we had built within ourselves. I had always though I might open a Design Build Remodeling Company. In late 1997 I leased the space at 850 E Gude Drive #C in Rockville MD 20850. We developed the concept, and built half the space out when the financial crisis hit us. It was petrifying. Half way into a new venture and the world seemed as though it were coming to an end. We paused for 6 months. That summer it was clear that life would go on so we finished the showroom and opened its doors first week of January 2010. Over the last six year we have served over 250 customers, Photos of many of their projects are all over the showroom.
