We have used Siles Remodeling for 2 different jobs, one very extensive indoor and outdoor tile install and a full rework of our master bedroom. They did both jobs, which came out as show pieces and are beautiful.

Mr. Siles and his employees are easy to work with and very accommodating. The work is good and fast. We had 3 bathrooms redone by him over the last year, so obviously, we were very pleased with his work and his pricing as well.He is a smaller organization where he is directly involved in each project....

is it standard to hold a cooling unit up by a belt to prevent it from leaning? this belt slipped and was tighten to again to prevent it from leaking

A picture is going to be worth a thousand words here.  Are you referring to a cooling, i.e. interior unit, on HVAC?
