They were fast, effective, ahead of schedule and JJ was more than helpful and had all the answer to our questions.

Derek was a great and professional salesman and that is where it ends. I used SilverLeaf for my new roof and siding. They did a good not great job on my roof. There are some shingles that are missing a lot of solid granules and I have 2 shingles coming up on the back of the house. I would recommend that no women or children are around if you decide to let there sub contracted crew install your roof. We had one of their sub contracted employees decide to use the neighbors fence as a restroom in plain sight of my wife and 2 year old daughter. We would have let them use are half bathroom in the basement but there was a language barrier (no oablo essay). Now onto the siding. The material showed up out of nowhere and sat for 2 weeks on the side of my house. Then on a tuesday morning my wife called and asked if there was someone working on the house. Hell I was lucky they had time to grace me with their presence!!! They did not do a good job at all and said they were complete. The finance company called and asked if they could release payment. I said NO. I would be leery of using their finance company. Its funny, they were done but after I declined payment I had 8 Silverleaf employees at my house fixing thing? Well the owner Josh showed up and we came to an agreement that they would come and finish a couple of things and that I would release payment. Bad decision on my part. Its been a month now and no signs of Silverleaf. Its my fault and I will have to pay another contractor to finish the work. I felt they treated me like they were working for a family member. They were doing their very best for me.

The team worked through some weather and other challenges to get the job done. Communication was good during the process.

We still had a problem after the original work was performed but they company came back out to resolve the problem several times and to my knowledge the problem has been fixed, so far no leaks.
