My experience with Starlight Homes was nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member I encountered—from the sales team to the construction manager, Mr. Arron Rubio—was truly pleasant and helpful. Mr. Rubio was extremely knowledgeable, and during my quality control walkthrough, he demonstrated a genuine sense of care and dedication to my satisfaction. He took the time to ensure the home met all my standards, requirements, and expectations, which made me feel confident and happy throughout the purchasing process.

I wanted to install tile flooring in my home. When they came to install it, the floor was not level. There are many areas that you can see that the build was not level. The homes are built too quickly.

My home is a very good quality build. In general, it was a wonderful process.

The case management or people who are involved in the closing have no clue what they are doing. It is a nightmare doing the closing, especially for someone who is buying their first home and out of state. My realtor had to go back and highlight numbers because they didn't know what they were looking for with my bank statements. They waited so long to get back to me on the closing. Also, they wanted responses right away from me, and it was hard for me to get information to them on that timeline when I am at work. It was a nightmare for me. They don't respond back in a timely manner. They don't communicate with the customer. I almost backed out of the purchased this home. The only person who I dealt with who did a great job, was Dustin. He worked with us on timetables, and worked with the time that was good for me. I just have a bad taste in my mouth with Starlight Homes.

All the help and assistance in purchasing our home making it an easy not so stressful experience. Taking advantage of all the buyers assistance programs. Everyone was really personable and made you us feel like friends and great with our kids.

The challenge was, we went through Velocio, which is a Starlight Homes owned entity. From a sales process, this was a very different experience. Velocio, as an entity, had a lot of missing disclosures. From both a sales experience and market side experience, this was not a very smooth process.

I would 100% recommend starlight homes. The builders and sales reps are great! Actually I’ve already recommended two of my peers.
