The neighborhood has a unique layout compared to most new build communities. The houses are not as cookie cutter as many communities either. Having amenities that will be maintained is a bonus. The trees surrounding the neighborhood and even throughout the neighborhood are a nice feature. We are extremely satisfied with the property’s lot and home size for the total price.

I would definitely recommend friends and family to a starlight Home because we had such a great experience.

Everything from beginning to end was so easy, completely pressure free, no stress. The sales reps were not “salesy” and never came off as scammy or dishonest, not pushy at all. Everyone from the sales reps to the construction manager to the lender were friendly and made everything simple and easy to understand.

For a starter home, the value and quality for said value is close to expectations. We are so far happy with the home and have experienced minimal issues at the time of writing this review.
