The Starlight Homes team was not supportive when it came to the lender. My experience with the Starlight Homes lender was not good.

I am a first time home buyer and they have been amazing. Fair price, staff was amazing to answer all my questions and answer my husbands questions to make him more comfortable with buying a new build. The warranties definitely help and being able to contact someone regarding problems or questions regarding the house comes in handy.

Based on the response to this survey and the issues we highlight here will determine how likely we are to recommend Starlight to a friend; however, based on the experiences we have had up until this point, it would be difficult to recommend Starlight.

Though my sales rep Marion was an angel from above, and absolutely amazing, I went two months without a working stove and was given the run around despite submitting a ticket. It was my sales rep for Starlight, Marion whom assisted in expediting the process and it was then that I was assisted. Other than that, absolutely great experience, no complaints and very happy with the care, concern and support from starlight and rep. Still would recommend despite the delay in stove being fixed, all starlight ppl I’ve encountered were kind, responsive, and apologetic, no other complaints and very happy overall.

The homes are beautiful and truly feel like we made a great purchase overall!

They make the process quite easy and for the good of the community. The agent on site was friendly, light minded and quick to help out. The mortgage company they have, Trailblazer, with Mr. Gordon, he did all he could do to help me get qualified, and also letting me know the option in case I didn't' qualify. The house was ready for me as I walked in, and it was like they built it for me. Everything they said they're going to give me in the house, and the support as client, they did provide. I appreciate them for being transparent and trustworthy.

Overall, It was a great experience. We would do it all over again!

We are underwhelmed by the fact that the home is painted with flat paint. Why are all of the door knobs and locks brushed nickel, but the bathroom fixtures are chrome? Why were towel bars and toilet paper dispensers not installed?

Purchasing this home was the most easy-going experience for me. My seller Marion Onar was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

As a first time home buyer, it can be a an overwhelming experience. However, everyone I worked with was so patient and helpful in navigating me through the process. I couldn’t be happier with the Starlight team. Due to being a new build, there were some delays in closing, but my salesperson Haston, was consistent in communicating updates and answering all of my questions during that time. Construction Manager, John, was extremely thorough during my final walkthrough and ensured that any issues were corrected before closing, going as far to notice the small details that I didn’t. My mortgage lending team, Niki and Rob, were fabulous as well. With as many loans closing in such a short period, they were efficient, knowledgeable and made me feel as if I was there only loan.
