I think my original purchase with another constructor was horrible. I was very surprised and satisfied on the communication that this team had. Even though purchasing a home in itself was is stressful I felt supported through the process and was kept in the loop.

My salesperson Vicmarie was amazing. She took time to explain everything to me, and answered all questions very quickly. Her customer service skills are amazing.

These houses are not great quality. I feel like they are put up in a hurry so they are pretty sloppy; crooked cabinets, glue and paint where it shouldn't be, gouges is things. Additionally, I feel like pretty basic and simple things were left out like toilet paper holders, towel racks, and automatic garage doors.

I did some research on Starlight as a builder and found the reviews to be overall positive about the quality of the homes. My biggest complaint is the quality of the workmanship in building the homes.

This has been a learning experience for me. When we conducted the initial walk thru, there were numerous things that needed to be fixed. When we came for the final walk thru nothing was done. Our mistake in closing without the repairs being done but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. House was turned into us dirty. Clothes dryer was in the middle of the primary bedroom. The materials used in the home are cheap, even though these townhomes are not inexpensive. Steph air has been great and has worked with us but as we putting things together my bathroom door cabinet door just fell. After the closing the only sales rep which would assist us was Jessica. There was a gentleman in the office who was very unprofessional. This is unacceptable of new home construction. I would not recommend this builder to family or friends.

The experience was not great, but not completely bad. There were promises made by the service desk, but they haven't reached back out after I have been calling them.

I like that they made it affordable for first time home buyers. I wish they could have made some adjustments in building the home such as a linen closet to put your sheets and towels in. I never lived in a house that didn’t have a linen closet or didn’t have some kind of window in the front of the house. I know builders try to cut corners so I’m sure your wife’s etc would have loved to have windows and a linen closet in a new home just saying.

Yes and no

The master bedroom bathroom has only a shower, no bathtub. The shower head is not mobile, does not move . No faucet , only the immobile shower head. Very inconvenient. I will most likely have to pay someone to come out & at least create a faucet in my shower when I need to run water. Also my stove stops working when I turn on the oven & the portal that they require you to use is not accessible. It’s a bad joke, other than those two things I like the house.
