Terry Taylor, the founder and President of Tight Line, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, previously holding the position as Director of Sales for USG Corporation a Fortune 500 building materials manufacture. Terry’s reputation and commitment to customer service is the driving force behind Tight Line’s high standards.

We were recommended Tight Line by friends, and will be doing the same. The team was always prompt in their communication, site visits, and answering questions. Our windows were installed by two great, friendly installers in about a half day. We are very happy with the fit and finish, and are a huge improvement over our single pane wood windows with no screens. I think we will be working with them again on future improvements.

I'm very pleased with the outcome and value of our new vinyl siding. Looks so much better than many of the houses we viewed by other installers. Although hectic at times I always was made to feel someone in the organization would address any details that pop up in a large project like this. The gutter installers worked after sunset to complete their part.Roy was very accessible and able to answer any questions that arose. Exceptional service throughout the company.
