In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Total Home did a terrific overall job. The trades folks were on-time and the Project Mgr was extremely helpful in communicating with us every step along the way. Our master bathroom has been truly transformed and is amazing!

Total Home is an excellent company to work with on your home renovation. They have project management figured out. The work was done right on schedule which took a lot of stress out of living amidst a renovation. The use of online BuilderTrend site as a organizational and communication tool is excellent.

I like the way Total Home communicates everything with you. If there are any changes, they discuss them with you before they do them. The managers and subs were very helpful and friendly and the work was done on time. Also, they left the job site clean.
