I am not likely to recommend Universal Roof & Contracting to a friend because they struggled to finish the job, and the quality of the work, excluding the shingles. Some of the woodwork that they said they could do, they struggled to get done, and some of that had to be replaced and repaired. They walked away from the job, not to my satisfaction. The shingle portion of the job was okay, no problems with that.

The crew worked fast and efficiently. They also cleaned up good after the job.

I am trying to get the pictures sent to the insurance people, and I am having a hard time getting these pictures. If it is possible for them to finish the job and get those photos to the insurance companies, so the homeowner doesn't have that stress, that would be nice. I am not tech-savvy. It would be great if they provided that service.

Jon Baker and Karson Mulhaney did a wonderful job with communication and overseeing the project from beginning to end.
