This company completed all their services above all my expectations, from the biding process to all the steps require to do the complete installation. I will also like to add that at the end of the installation I called the city to send an electrical inspector and a mechanical inspector, and both mention the installation was very clean and met all the qualifications.

The installation crew was courteous and on-site most of the time during the removal and installation of new siding. There were issues that occurred during the process which were pointed out and mostly fixed; we still have a few open items. Damage did occur from professionally mounted items falling and breaking during removal that the contractor refused to reimburse for, so suggest removing anything that could be affected. WES employees did all the work, except the gutter installation.

I was able to have multiple conversations to properly access if this was the right purchase to make. I'm very happy to have Paul Pfister as the point person on this project.

Excellent experience from initial consultation and bid preparation to advance visit by electrician prior to install. The install team was on time and worked efficiently, wrapping up the projects a day early. They were neat and clean both inside and outside the house. They were knowledgable and engaging. Was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

Trustworthy estimator and workers. The estimator was very honest and explained things thoroughly, unlike the other 6 HVAC companies I had contacted. The technicians worked really hard, one in pouring rain and the other in tight quarters in the attic to replace the furnace exhaust pipe coming out on the roof.
