From scheduling a time for sales to come out and the installation of the windows was less than 2 months. The installation was quick and the windows look great and have a real professional look and finish. Excellent quality while being affordable.

I would not recommend Window Nation - Pittsburgh, PA to a friend. Their installers were very disrespectful and tried to intimidate me to install a product in a way that I was not willing.

The quality seems good, and the workmanship seems good. The windows in general are a little expensive. Window Nation seemed more on the higher side.

Parts of the experience were great. The salesman, and the installers were great. The guy who did my measurements scratched my floor. Then they tried to rush scheduling and the company who they use for permits didn't even handle that process correctly and I ended up having to finish the permit process myself barely in time and reach out to Window Nation management. I also was annoyed that I always had to use the salesman as a middle man and wait for a call from the manager. The couple of times I tried calling the office directly, I chose the call back option and didn't receive a call back.

Reported issue about 2of my windows. The installer used old faded white trim. I reported the issue and was contacted via E mail to send pics. I have not had a reply for a few days. The E mail said I would get a received conformation?? Also reporting the issue, the girl was not very friendly.

Have already given a neighbor contact info.

They gave me a good price I think and they were very professional and they were right exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they're going to do it. Very good quality product.

Window Nation was fantastic. The quality of the windows is excellent. Where they really excelled is the service of both the sales team and especially the installers. The installers did a remarkable job throughout our house, quickly but effectively.

The installers were professional and cleaned up well.

Though the cold doesn't come in like it did with the windows that were as old as the house. The cold still comes in. The guy came with all of his fancy window types and the heat sensor. I wasn't given a choice of the decorative smaller windows within the window. I only received one screen for the kitchen window. The installation team was nice, but there was somewhat of a language barrier. The windows are not worth more than $1,000 a piece. I feel there should be more insulation.
