Wolgast was on scene for my claim within 12 hours of initiation of my claim to start remediation. They walked me through the whole process, what had to happen, approximate timeframe, estimated costs. Their contractors were very quick, professional, and ensured the best craftsmanship possible to restore my house. Will work with Zach anytime.

I'm totally satisfied with the worker's, although the service took a lot longer than I thought.

The project manager was lackadaisical. I had to constantly contact them to see what was going on with my repairs. I understand that we were in a pandemic but it took over 3 months to get my patio door installed and it was very last minute scheduling. I am still picking up nails that were left over from the project.

They were super friendly and responsive to my needs.

I am impressed with the work Wolgast did. They always explained what they were doing. They came out every day to check on the fans and dehumidifiers. Their contractors were very professional and helpful. They met all my expectations.

Their workmanship was fine. However, they did not at all keep to the schedule we were quoted. We were told our small project would be completed within 3 weeks. It took almost 2 and a half months. We were also told that no subcontractors would be used, and then the subcontractors were cited as the reason for multiple delays. We specifically chose Wolgast because they said no subcontractors would be used. Had we known this was going to happen, we would have found our own subcontractors.

Couldn’t complete the demolition process as stated, leaving walls and ceilings they stated were to be removed. Then leaving several hours of demolition after the demolition was supposedly complete. I Hired a different contractor to complete the demo and the rest of the job.

My wife and I were very please with the professional and timely manner in which Wolgast Restoration - Kalamazoo handled our project. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and respect for our home is to be commended.

Wolgast Restoration uniquely has the manpower and expertise to do a fire restoration extremely well and there are not many companies to select from. They provide a unique service.

What they did they did right and as they said they would do it. I am very satisfied.

Overall, I was not happy with Wolgast. They were not timely. They did not do quality work. They did not clean up after themselves. It took too long. They did not do what they promised from the start.

They overcharged me. They charged me $300 to reconnect the power to my house, which is ridiculous. They also ran the line right through a tree.

They got to my house very fast. I had some water damage. They were there that evening evaluating things. Then they came the next morning, removed my furniture and carpet and dried out the house.

My mom was away when the work was done. When she got back, she was amazed at how clean things were and how well things were kept. They did a tremendous job in doing that. I was pleased as well. They were professional and helpful.

They did an oustanding job on fixing the water damage to my house. All the employees were very professional and courteous.

They reason I think they are so successful is because they are local and they use local workmen to do the job. That is a big reason we went with them and why we are so happy.
