If I could give negative stars, I could. First off, we signed a contract in September and was told 6-8 weeks out from a build. No communication after that. Eventually was told in November that we were delayed by two weeks ... then heard nothing until January when they "moved" locations. After mentioning...

Woodcraft was excellent at every stage of the build. The communication was fantastic throughout the entire process, and even had the owner of Woodcraft reach out at one occasion to discuss planning. I first contracted for this deck to be built in June of 2017; It was built the end of October. The deck I was to be a replacement of an existing deck. The new deck was supposed to be designed exactly like the old deck. It wasn't. The stairs were very narrow, barely wide enough for one person to use....

The final product is amazing, and anyone that sees it is impressed. I can't say that the whole process was smooth, but any issues or concerns we had were addressed by Keith, Amanda and Kristen. Without question, Woodcraft's goal was to make sure we were happy. I can't say that about many contractors.

From the time I signed the contract I had a bad experience with the "project manager". Job was not started when they said it would be, almost a month later. I live in a D R Horton home and only front gutters were installed. Is this to say only front gutters are necessary for my type of home specification?

Generally speaking the roofline actually determines where the gutters are supposed to be. Whenever there is water flow coming off the home there should be gutters and it should be all around the home. ... read more
