Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I thought AmRo Group was very efficient. They did a great job. Everybody was very respectful to the yard as far as keeping it clean. I was very pleased. If I have any problems I'm sure they'll be right out to take care of it. They were a great team and they worked well together.

It was satisfactory. There could have been a few things done differently. We didn't really go over the deal and get a good understanding of how it was going to be done. It didn't come together exactly right. But I've got a roof over my head now, and hopefully it won't leak.

Kerry came by the house and told me what he could do for me. I got with the insurance company, they approved it, then AmRo roofed the house and did a very good job for me.

AmRo Group is a very quality company. My salesperson was very professional and he did what he promised to do. All the roofers were very respectful and they did a very quality job. Everybody is impressed when they see my roof.

Well in my overall experience, I would say they did very well. They were just excellent. Everyone we worked with were very friendly, worked hard, and they did a great job.

AmRo Group did a really good job on my roof and on the interior work in my house. They worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with what they were going to do, and with what they did. They got everything done in a timely manner, and I was very pleased with them.

I was satisfied with their products. I finally talked to AmRo Group. I spoke with their representative and called them. They have answered all of my questions. They came to my house in a timely manner. I am happy with it. I will call them again. They are a good company and my experience with them is good.

Overall, I am pleased with the way everything went. As a customer, their communication needs to be more intact, and they need to let the customer know before hand, but over all I am very happy with the job. The final product is the most important thing, and they really came through with that.

I believe that AmRo Group, LLC was a very good provider of services and that they provide a very high quality product. I also believe that they are priced very reasonably.
