I would agree...let you contractor know immeately by a phone all that you are excersising your 3 day option. Then follow the cancellation by the letter of the law.
I would recommend that you keep it professional, short an if possible friendly. If the contractor wants to know how they could have done it better, please be factural and not immotional.

Are you planning a full remodel (in that case new cabinets will answer the problem) doing only a refresh (pull our shelves will dramatically increase storage)

http://www.ncsg.org/ The National Chimney Sweep Quild is a great source for licenced and certified professionals in your area. If they don't do the work, they will know someone in your area who does.

So you think you may have mold, then it a fairly simply solution....bring in the best people you can find and be on site when they do their walk thorugh and walk around with a pad of paper. They are some of the best people in the industry.

I would do what Paul said but I would take an additonal step of capping the sprinkler heads where they are easy to get to with a half dozen of 1/2" PVC caps. Then you are increasing the pressure on the leak and you will find it much faster and expend less water.

I have not heard of it and therefore not used it. I got a couple or favorable ratings on Yelp, could not find anything about it in Houzz or Pinterest.
Sorry

Boy I would not go that. Hold off on the project until you have the money to do it right. Then, pull off the formica, repair the water damage and install new countertop

I would find a local distributor of the product and they will have a list of preferred fabricators. Please tell them it is commercial not residential work.

I would recommend talking to a highly recommended Chimney Professional. You can contract the National Chimney Sweep Guild at http://www.ncsg.org/
