This is the second remodeling job that John has done for our home. I hired them back because I appreciate the neat and quiet way in which they go about their work. One of my kids started referring to John as 'the ninja carpenter' because 'you never know he was there'!

We live in Columbus Ohio. Do I need a concrete base for a hot tub? The tub will be7'x7'. How important is it to have 220v. ?
