It was a great experience. They were very professional, gave timely updates and a had great customer relationship.

Our mishap could not have happened at a worse time than when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit which caused agreed schedules to be missed. We understood as so many places were closed down and as such it was hard to get materials and laborers to complete the job.

The basement was left in a mess, painting in the house I have a lot of touches up work blinds on windows are too small, indoor carpet they left pain all over it, the mess in the yard they left, left huge gallons of the stuff in my basement, the door to the basement was not large enough to bring the dryer...

the smoke smell partially left: however,only fresh paint killed the odor...one of the workers pulled out a heavy bookcase from against the wall to plug in the large fan(?) and never pushed the bookcase back!

I am dissatisfied with the mess they made by knocking out the power in my house and not paying the bill for the electrician who had to come out and repair things.

It took them a really long time to bring back my things from being cleaned, and they didn't even clean the interiors. They had to be sent out to another company. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Honestly I am hard to impress, yet I would give these guys 10 stars if that was an option.

I was very impressed with them. It was my first time with an insurance company but I was very pleased with everything.

Blue River Restoration, specifically Tom and Jacob, was amazing to work with! When we did have the issues with the individuals that were subcontracted out Junior, their project manager, made sure everything was completed within the next couple of days. He was very forthcoming and timely with getting the project done!

Blue River Redtoration Company was absolutely terrific! They were so professional, great at follow up and communication. The subcontractors did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them for any job you need. Our basement flooded and they did the water remediation, gutting and rebuilding all...
