Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

STL Design & Build did a great job on our kitchen/main floor project. They were very helpful in design throughout the entire project - not just in the beginning. Everyone was very professional.

I could not have been more impressed with the people who work at Bath Planet from the sales person to the installers. They were superb. I haven't had this great of an experience before. They caught a mistake and fixed it.

We had one issue regarding clean up of the yard when the old roof was removed, but one call to Cheryl Dennison and the crew supervisor arrived on scene and the proper clean commenced immediately! No more problems.

The sales rep at STL Design and Build was very knowledgable and offered us a good deal on the top of the line materials for our deck. The work was done on schedule and we are very pleased with the results.

I would highly encourage anyone to use the services of STL. Things don't always go perfect but they will do whatever it takes to make it perfect. There is no question that customer satisfaction is their number one priority. They are definitely my go to home improvement company.
