Bristol Pacific Homes

In business since 1987, we are builders of individual homes and developers of entire communities. While we specialize in custom, we build some spec homes – typically model homes that set the tone and style of a Bristol Pacific community. Because we have full design capabilities, you can choose one of our popular designs, supply plans from your architect, or simply bring a notepad of ideas and sketches.

Even if your ideas are nontraditional, from a solar-powered home to post-and-beam or stone construction, we can deliver the home you envision. In all cases, we utilize the latest materials and best techniques, and build to the latest energy efficiency standards – including green home building practices and the EPA’s ENERGY STAR â standards. In fact, we have earned the ENERGY STAR Builder Achievement Award.

What is this?

What is this?

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
