While I am a 4x customer and love my windows, the prices are a little to high and the quality of work seems to be worse each time. Installers got caulk all over windows, screens and clean up could have been better as I had to clean up further after them and found screws from old windows in my driveway which could have gotten into mine or other family members tires.

I have a problem with the front window. There is draft coming through, and I noticed it with the low temperature we've been having lately. It feels like there is a crack in the window. There is no crack, but there is a draft like there's a crack in the window. I don't know if it's a caulking concern or not. They might have missed somewhere that needs to be caulked, and I haven't really looked at it. I have been back and forth to the hospital, because my wife is in the hospital.

They installed the sliding glass door in a few hours and did such a nice job. The old sliding glass door was removed, and they took it away. It was easy, affordable and done on time.
