We are very impressed with the quality of workmanship on the windows. We are more impressed with the excellent customer service & quality of work the installers did when they installed the windows in our home. The lead installer, Edwin, on top of the two other installers & made certain the job was being done as he wanted. He was amazing! The sales rep., John Bateman, well, he did very well also. He sold the product! 😀
