Had windows installed 2 years ago. Just had door installed less then a week ago. Love it!!
I would recommend the quality of the work. But not the way the communication went on when things were to be done

Great product, horrible customer service
The work was great. One of the windows has some scratches on it and a film in it. One of the screens has a hole in it. Other than that, everything was fine.
My experience was not good and I wish I had chosen a different window provider. They never proactively communicated to me and honestly I thought I had been scammed because they could never update me on my order. It took 8 months to get my windows only after I had to escalate the problem to their management team. It would have fine if they had communicated with me from the start that it would take that long but I was told my windows would arrive in August and they didn't get there until December. Once they finally said my windows were ready, it was confusing to understand the payment required and they had several people reaching out to me and clearly non of them were talking to each other. Once the windows were installed, they messed up my drywall and didn't install the door properly. It's been a headache trying to get them to come back and fix it and I've had to reach out 3 times asking for them to send the team back. Almost weeks have gone by and they still haven't fixed it.
The windows themself are very nice. The buy 2 get 2 free detail for whatever reason was not applied to my contract. I was told this offer only applies to your least expensive window, but then again I was told you only sell one type of window, so this was confusing.
Because it took over nine months to complete our window install. We were promised two to four months.
Installation of windows was less than desirable. No representative present as indicated in “what to expect” installation video; no instruction given on how the windows function. Work crew couldn’t speak English causing confusion on multiple items. Main front window has been left unlockable and feels like it will fall on the ground when opening it is attempted; Patio door is a struggle to lock and unlock; there’s a rip in the kitchen window screen; 2 of the sliding windows rail where you grasp to open window are bent; shoddy interior and exterior caulking around windows. Crew dirtied my carpets, baseboards and window shade that they insisted on reinstalling (probably to hide the unopenable front window). Too many more issues to type. Representative did not call me back when I reached out to discuss issues. Installation contractor failed to show up to fix the window as promised. Will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone!
I placed a order for 13 windows in june and I was told the install would be 4 to 6 weeks. The windows just came in 6 months later this is absolutely ridiculous, and they refused to give me any compinsation. I have 10 more windows to get done but I will be going eslewhere.Buyer beware terrible service

Process was fine up until installation. The workers damaged an expensive piece of furniture and the company refused to take responsibility for it. Instead of working with me to resolve, their Divisional Manager Tony Baca told me I was overreacting, implied I was lying, threatened to send me to collections and put a lien on my house - all while I was just asking for someone to come out and evaluate and clean up the mess they left. It was the most horrific customer service experience we have ever had, and will never be using Champion again, and will be telling everyone we know to stay far away.
As of right now I loved the new front door and screen door, the screen door doesn't work anymore.
Put in a claim about a month ago and STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING BACK.
NOT TOO IMPRESSED!

I'm paying almost $20,000 for windows and doors I'm starting to 2nd guess this

This judgement is not based on the quality of the windows installed but on the awful customer service interactions we have had. We have called the customer service number provided and on most occasions are not answered and the call typically times out. When automatically answered ans asked to leave a call back number we never received a call back. Currently we are awaiting repair of one window from the first of out 2 recent installations and this was over 3 months ago and have no idea when this will occur and have received no scheduled replacement date. Our most recent installation was 2 weeks ago and our installer told us that one window had debris between the panes and should be replaced but we have received no update on this situation at all.. meanwhile we are being requested to pay the final installment for this last installation.
The sash of our picture window needs to be replaced and the latches on both of my kids windows need to be replaced. My son’s room was very cold this morning because the window opened on one side. Not at all happy with the overall experience. No sense of urgency in fixing the problems. Very disappointed that a company as well known and trusted by consumers has not come through for my family.
From the salesman to the installation crew, the process was very smooth and there was never an issue that anyone from Champion couldn’t overcome.
New purchase and install goes well but I have warranty requests in and too hard to get information and it has been months and still waiting.
I cannot recommend this company until I am able to get a response to my report of defective product. It is baffling why it so difficult to leave messages and seemingly impossible to get a response when I am able to leave a message.

The sales person, Travis, is the only aspect of this transaction that was good. The quality of the custom product does not fit correctly, I had to chase down the installation team here in Denver about the payment due before the installation, and now that it is installed there are issues with the installation and the fitment of the door, and the Denver office has not responded at all. I have texts from the national office telling me, six times, that they have requested the Denver office to contact me about the issues, and the Denver office has not contacted me at all. I will in fact be telling people to avoid Champion at all costs for their needs.
