City Wide Remodelers delivered on their commitment to stay within budget, and they worked collaboratively with us to design a project that accommodated some existing old-home peculiarities. We had a good experience and would definitely hire City Wide again.

They have to depend on suppliers and the suppliers don't always follow instructions. Our bathroom counter top has sinks that were not what we specified or expected. We wanted under mount porcelain sinks, but now they are all in one material. We haven't decided if we are settling with that or getting...

I was very pleased with CWR. They are still working for me and are happy to accommodate my payment schedule. I have also recommended them to a realtor who recommends them as well.

Hire a structural engineer. This could be a bit more expensive initially, but you could stave off lot of frustration later.

What kind of insulation is needed in the attic of my 2-story brick town house so that the 2nd floor bedrooms are as cool as the basement and 1st floor?

R-49 also ventilation is very important to have soffit vent as well as roof vent to keep the attic cool and dry.
