Additional Comments - I appreciated the schedule, courteousness, and hard working people that came to our house. All questions were answered even if I had no idea what I was trying to ask. Steve and Marchelle could read my mind and know what Iwas trying to "vision" in it. We were so disappointed in our past word of mouth people, who were recommend by friends, that an organized company seemed like a dream instead of the nightmares we've had.

Recognized Excellence - Every member of the Lubbock crew! Steve set the bar high when he brought them all in and introduced them to us the first day. They each shook my hand and remained as polite and friendly throughout the job.

He was easy to communicate with and made us feel like we were his only customers! His team treated us the same. Our bathroom is stunning and the craftsmanship and attention to details is superb!

Recognized Excellence - No one could be more personable and pleasant than Tyler. He always had a smile. While much more reserved, Travis, was also very enjoyable to work with. Since they were the two who spent the most time actually in our home, it was great to have these two professional, courteous individuals.

Recognized Excellence - Steve Betts and Jim Betts were great. I was totally satisfied with everything that they did. They were always on schedule. All the workers were exceptionally friendly, gratuitous, and compliant with anything I asked or needed to know. The whole process was just very easy compared to what I thought it was going to be like because of the Betts and because of the staff they had working for them.

Future Needs

Future Needs - I wouldn't anticipate any remodeling at this moment but if I do want to redo my bathrooms they will be the ones that I call.
