They did a great job.

It was a a good job. It was excellent. They were here for four hours. They stripped the roof. They put the roof on. They didn't lose any shingles, but I did lose some trees. Overall, I'm pretty happy about the roof. I'd give a 4 or 5. I hate to give a 5. Everyone gives a 5, but 4 stars makes me sound like I have reservations, so I'll give a 5.

I thought that they did a really good job, and they gave me a good schedule. They came on time and worked nonstop. It was definitely a good overall experience.

They are timely and absolutely amazing. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is good.

Everything was completed on time. There was a need for additional sheets of plywood to be replaced, but when I saw the condition of the wood they took out, I was happy they did their work when they did. Clean-up was perfect and every person working on the job was courteous and knowledgeable. We are satisfied.

They were extremely professional. I was just really impressed with the gentleman who did the roof--they were amazing, and the salesman who came to the house, I was also very impressed with. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

We are very happy with the work provided by A-Better Exterior in our roof replacement. They recommended and used quality products at a fair price and suggested changes in ventilation to help the new roof last longer. They even repaired a small leak that developed before our installation time. Work was started before the estimated date and clean-up was thorough. We could not be happier with the experience provided by A-Better Exterior and the look of our new roof.

Every communication with Daniel Weiler, Owner/Manager of A-Better Exterior was easy to understand. He really knew what to tell us to help us understand the process of getting a new roof on our house. He worked within our busy schedules. What I loved the most was, he came to our house and showed us all the color options, tile options, and other information about what was going to be done on the construction project. He explained every thing in detail as we had no idea just how involved this project would be. When our Homeowners Insurance gave us Issues, He waited patiently and worked with us to help get every problem resolved.

From the moment they came on site, the estimator was very professional. The estimate included all the information that he quoted and not just by word of mouth. He also followed through the entire project.

Everything went almost exactly as planed. The site was kept amazing clean and in the evening the roof was left ready for any foul weather. At the end of the job there were only 33 or so square feet of shingles left. The roof looks great and am sure it has added value to our home. Our selection was the CertanTeed Northgate variety. I recommend this contractor to anyone looking for honesty, integrity and quality.
