It was supposed to be a 12-week project that turned into over a year. We had multiple project managers, they either quit or left. Every part of the project they did, either had some mistakes or was messed up. They cracked the marble in our bedroom while installing a fireplace. They had to redo everything....

All South Restoration did a good job. I am happy with the work. The only issue is that it took a while to get the schedule worked out and then it all went well.

The onsite manager, Rob, was amazing. He followed up with everything on a regular basis every day. He comes in and treats you like he's known you forever. That's really important. Great bedside manner.

The contractors overall did well. There was a large lack of communication between us and the project manager.

All South Restoration is an excellent company. They take all the customers needs in a time like I had into consideration. They do their best to please. It was absolutely a pleasure to work with them. Their carpenters are reliable and do a very good job. Thank you All South for all you done.

I've already done this review many, many times. This is probably the 5th and no one has contacted me. I am still waiting for painters to come to my home and touch-up and maintenance documents for my 4 different tiles. Kelly has not returned phone calls and responded to emails to get this completed since...

The quote was higher than what the insurance company thought it should be ('because we want to make sure it is done RIGHT!'), but when it came to doing the work, they did much less then what was on the quote ('well, there are minimums that we have to put on the quote per the insurance company').
