Founded in 1949 by H. John Kaczka (Big John) Marianne Kaczka (Mary), Alpine Cleaning & Restoration has served as a symbol of hope to homeowners and business owners in Seattle and many other outside areas. In the late 1970’s Big John’s son, John, took over from his father. John established himself as one of the trusted go to sources for numerous insurance carriers, homeowners, and business owners a like. John carried out his fathers dream of helping people in their time of need and instilled these values in his son, Kevin. In 2016 the restoration industry said good-bye to John and welcomed his son, Kevin, as the new owner of Alpine Cleaning & Restoration. Kevin had been going to work with John almost since birth, going in the field with John at the age of 4 years old. With Kevin’s unique passion and drive that he learned from his father and grandfather, he is carrying out the core beliefs that the company was founded on in 1949.

I was so blessed to have them there, and it was like a big family thing--we just got along so well together, and I just enjoyed every single person who came to my house. My house hasn't ever been this clean--no fuzzy stuff on the fans, and my carpet hasn't been this clean in a long time. I have a light switch that was gold, and they shined it--I never had seen it looking so pretty or shiny. I'd look at it all--this had to be scrubbed, the fans had to be scrubbed. I was blessed.

Alpine completed the restoration of our basement in November of 2016. I cannot say enough about how awesome they are! Their employees work so hard, and they did a great job. Their office staff is also excellent!

The plan was shared. The execution was not per the plan. They did lead pain removal with the plastic tenting, but left about 15 sq feet installed. Why do all the tenting and air scrubbing and leave 15 sq feet???? They supposedly completed the work rand removed everything. I had to report it was still wet with my own meter. They had to come back and bring back all the equipment and it was yet another week. I had excuses about not being able to hire people. Protective plastic was stapled carelessly thru my thermostat and moldings rather than the wall. The people were friendly, but there was not a good follow-thru.
