Areas Of Satisfaction - All of the areas met or exceeded my expectations. They did a great job. Patrick was able to pick out what I needed. I had a hard time making up my mind about what I was going to get for my front door. He came over and picked out the front door, showed me what it would look like, and gave me his suggestion. It was helpful for me because I have a hard time making decisions and he was able to coordinate all of this.

Recently our house needed windows replaced due to leaking. We sought out The Aluminum Company of North Carolina and they accepted a challenging window replacement on one of the windows. The other windows offered little challenge, however, the one surrounded by a stone façade uncovered years of wall damage that the initial faulty installation had created.
Aluminum Company of NC stuck with us and delivered more than other companies may have, as they sent over various skilled contractors for the problems revealed. Their contractors were friendly, extremely professional, and also empathetic to the discovered complications that were being uncovered.
I cannot emphasize more that the Aluminum Company of North Carolina won our confidence. We are appreciative to this company and its team for being a skilled and honorable business truly dedicated to customer service.
