Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

We picked Baird Snyder, Inc. after reviewing 5 different contractors's responses to a request for bids and Baird was extremely responsive to our requests and followed thru in an unbelievable fashion. It was a joy to work with Baird Snyder, Inc. and I would recommend them to anyone.

I live in a D R Horton home and only front gutters were installed. Is this to say only front gutters are necessary for my type of home specification?

In our opinion, gutters should be installed anywhere that the pitch of the roof causes water to shed.
What kind of insulation is needed in the attic of my 2-story brick town house so that the 2nd floor bedrooms are as cool as the basement and 1st floor?
