I had some issues with my job that seem out of the ordinary for a company with ratings as high as Barrelle has. Luckily, they were quick to address my concerns and corrected the problem areas. I'll accept that they just had an off day. It happens. However, the merit of a company is in how they respond to issues. Barrelle excelled in that regard.

They did an outstanding job, and all the crew was good and their supervisor. They were very friendly, efficient, and I thought the roof looked better than any in the neighborhood I felt it was high quality materials and certainly high quality work.
