Suggest that you find a reputable and skilled tile company. If it was a vinyl pan, it may be possible (although not ideal) to tear out the floor and lowest 6-12" of wall tile to replace the pan. It' ... read more

Are you referring to insulating the ceiling of the garage (i.e. cold floors above)? Will you be dropping the ceiling or are you looking for options with minimal disturbance?
