Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Not satisfied with cleaning. Some clothing shrunk, stains, etc. Some items missing. No supervision by insurance carrier which will most likely make insurance costs go up.

I highly recommend Cunningham's Rug Cleaning service. They cleaned 3 large rugs for me and I was very satisfied. Reasonably priced.

The carpet cleaning is fast, the carpets are clean, smell great. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants great cleaning of area rugs.

Our experience with Cunningham's was terrific. Not only did they do an amazing job with our rugs, returning them in beautiful shape, but they also did an amazing job with upholstery. The thing that sets them apart, though, is the professionalism and friendliness of their staff.

The staff was friendly and courteous but I was disappointed in the condition of some of the restored items. Some towels still had a smell of mildew and I had to rewash them myself. Several pieces of clothing had stains that had not been removed so I ended up having to send pictures of those to my insurance...

All in all, I liked working with Cunningham's. My rugs came back refreshed after a much needed cleaning.
