Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Amazing team. Can count on them to do what they say they will, WHEN they say they will. Very prompt for any questions. All workers were so polite, friendly and always cleaned up afterwards. Organized...Out of the ordinary workmanship and follow through!

Butch Springer has an approach to serving clients that seems to be missing in our current marketplace. He is timely, knowledgeable, efficient and involved in all aspects of the job.

They are extremely responsive not only on big projects, but also are always there to help us with any problems we have with our home and small projects as well!

Since our experience with Destiny Homes, we have never even gotten any other bids for major projects. For minor projects, we don’t even ask for a bid - just for them to come out and take care of things. They are completely trustworthy!

They are for sure a FOUR! We are a repeat customer, and that is one of the big things. Butch tells you when it will be done and it gets done. It always writes on a board and he is excellent.

The timing is great. They are personable and professional. I have worked with Butch and John, and both are top of the line. I would highly recommend Destiny Homes! They are quality. We keep going back. I know the work will be done right. They make sure I am happy!

Communication was excellent. They carefully listened to our desires and made them a reality. They guided us often when their expertise far surpassed our knowledge. We felt we were in good hands which eloiminated much of the anxiety which can accompany a project.
