Eric, David and Leesa Anderson of Anderson Homes, Inc., opened DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of East Georgia in June of 2016. Their business office is in Swainsboro. They also serve the areas of Dublin, Statesboro, Vidalia, Metter, Millen and other surrounding areas.
They became interested in buying a DreamMaker franchise after they found the Code of Values™ were not just words on a wall, but rather implemented into everyday activities within the DreamMaker business setting. They have owned and operated Anderson Homes, Inc. since early 2000 in the Swainsboro area.
The family also lived in Texas, Colorado and Oklahoma before doing mission work in Singapore for 3 ½ years.
Eric became involved in the construction/remodeling industry early on.
“I worked with a block mason while I was in high school, doing extra school (homeschool) so I could work two days a week. I then worked with a roofer part-time and spent several years doing volunteer facilities maintenance/improvement work for a Baptist mission organization,” said Eric. He started his company and built his first spec home when he was 22. When the new home market slowed down, he and his dad branched out into remodeling. “We’ve been doing remodeling ever since,” Eric said.
In 1999, when his brother and he started a vinyl siding business, his sister, Leesa, joined on as the bookkeeper. She has maintained that position through the closing of that business and the opening of Anderson Building Co., which was later renamed Anderson Homes, Inc.
Their father, David, became involved in his son’s business in the early 2000s when Eric needed help. Although the elder Anderson said his construction skills were limited when he joined the business, he still wanted to help his son succeed. He now has years of construction experience and continues to be a vital part of the business.
“When our customers are very happy with our finished product, it brings a real sense of accomplishment,” David said.

They have completed a remodel for us of both bathrooms and our kitchen. We are 100% happy with the results in all three rooms. DreamMaker makes the process as simple and straightforward as it can be from your initial contact and then through the planning, implementation and completion of the project. Each person on the team pays great attention to detail and works diligently to ensure that work is done as planned and is completed on the timeline established beforehand.

They did great and I felt safe. I work from home, and I was here all day long. I never had a concern about my stuff, my safety, or well-being. They were all wonderful, from start finish.

Lead Source - I learned of DreamMaker because they have an office downtown in the Swansboro area. I needed my bathroom remodeled, and that was the first project they did. We had such great results that we did not want to talk to anyone else about the master bathroom. I wouldn't want to use anyone else; they were so professional.

I really liked that the team was careful with time. I like the philosophy of keeping the number of workers in the house to a minimum (unless you were trying to get a job done very quickly) and the general respect of how a major remodel is disruptive no matter what. I thought that Bill did an excellent job! He has a great eye for detail and between him and the entire team I think they caught nearly any little thing that if it hadn't been noticed, would have driven us batty at a later date. Eric and David are both awesome to work with and, again, the attention to detail was and is very much appreciated. I think you have a great business model and do an absolutely terrific job. Hopefully, we'll be able to do something with the kitchen next year or the year after.

Usually, if you are planning to have remodel work done in your home, you really don't look forward to "going through" the process. DreamMaker made the entire process from my initial call to the completion of work stress-free.

Budget - Once we talked with DreamMaker about exactly what we wanted in our remodel, we were able to agree upon a budget to get everything done that we wanted. They did stay within the budget.

Communication - DreamMaker communicates effectively to ensure that the customer is happy with the design before further planning is made. Once they start coming to your home to perform the work, you are contacted each morning with the expected time of their arrival.

Selections Process - DreamMaker has a nice selection of products, including countertops, lights, shower materials and plumbing fixtures installed in their showroom available for viewing. This makes selection much easier.

Original Design - We are very happy with the remodel of our main bathroom. We designed with "aging in place" in mind, so we will enjoy our bathroom now and in the future.

Dust & Dirt Control - Floor protection was put down daily and vacuuming was done at the completion of each day's work. A fan was used to direct airborne dust out the window.

Construction Quality - We are happy with the construction quality of our bathroom remodel. The personnel (Bill and BJ) who did the work at our home were skilled and very particular in making sure all their work was performed with a high standard. The plumber who came in for that part of the work was also skilled and efficient.

Schedule - DreamMaker gave us a time range of when they would start our project. They started at the beginning of the expected time range and completed the work as planned.
Problem Resolution
Problem Resolution - We had one small issue with the cover cap of a horizontal grab bar in the shower coming off. Eric came and installed the cover cap with no issue. He assured us that all we have to do is call if any problem were to arise in the future.

Value - It was expensive to have a bathroom remodel done, but it was definitely worth the money spent. The value of having DreamMaker take care of your remodel is that they take care of all aspects of the job "in-house". They employ skilled and trained personnel, bring all the materials needed to your home and perform all the clean-up.

spent time in office with David as he explained the options for my project, showed models of work by video and hands on touch in showroom, I ordered samples from Kansas office, compared the work proposal with my DIY plan from a Lowes source and decided to have DreamMaker take charge, very pleased with the entire professional work and experience, communications, and quality of service.
