I was looking to replace two skylights and they ended up doing the skylights and the roof. They went above and beyond.

My wife was especially pleased with the clean-up. The guys were very careful with that and got up all the nails. They did a great job cleaning up.

I’ve used Empire for 2 projects now and each time they have exceeded my expectations. They were accommodating, professional and fairly priced. I had delayed a project to 2022 due to budgeting and they honored the price quoted in 2021 despite other vendors telling me they needed to increase the old quote due to increases in labor & materials. I appreciated that accommodation, but more so the quality of work and being accommodating to a tight timeline. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else. They are a well run quality company!

Great looking roof and perfect service from Empire1

Everything told to us was done. Quality products and n/aprofessional workers.

The work site crew left a ton of nails, old roof shingles, plastic wrap debris and even a tool of theirs in my yard. Nails, new and used (bent), were scattered all over the lawn, bushes and driveway. Thus we were afraid to drive our cars in the driveway for fear of getting flat tires. My friend's tire did pick up a nail, luckily it didn't puncture his tire, it only got stuck in the tread. But still. Project Coordinator Jonathan had to send a 2nd crew over after the weekend to clean up what the installers left behind. I had photos of the debris. Jonathan was able to get a discount on the work for me. While I thought Jim in sales and Jonathan were very professional and responsive, the installation crew was careless and could use some training in leaving a job site clean.

I am completely satisfied with Empire , great work, organized and solid communication.
