Valerie and her team, specifically Lou and Paul were fantastic. The job was done well, quickly, and efficiently. Communication was always clear and they adhered to the timeline. When there was a small issue, it was resolved immediately and with great professionalism. Looking forward to working with FCP again in the future!

Cannot say enough. 5 stars isn't high enough. Thorough, professional, friendly and clean.
It was a pleasure. They powerwashed and painted. Observed all safety measures and finished in two half days. They were on time and so pleasant. Valerie came to check on progress.it was a great experience. ?

As the owner, i take each review personally as it hurts me that we have not lived up to our promise of quality workmanship and legendary customer service. We are five star rated company but even the best of us can have bad days and unfortunately your project was one of them. I've read each of your responses carefully and have addressed each one with the project team that handled your project. I'm very very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Yes, there were a few things 'lost in translation' on both sides but it does not excuse that we did not meet your expectations. I hope that discounting your project at 100% of the $2,200 cost will show that we are committed to quality and value. As I've said, if you are not pleased, you do not pay for any of project even if it was just a few things out of order. I stand behind that promise and it is my sincere goal to win back your confidence in our workmanship. Thank you again.
