Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

They provided the lowest cost of all the bids we solicited for the project and were able to start the soonest. They beat the estimated schedule by a week. We have received many compliments on our new roof already.

They have the best roofing crew that I have ever seen. The management is very well put together and they were very on time and answered all my questions.

What did the contractor say. Why didn't she/he use them. I would talk to the contractors before I file a complaint with the BBB. Can you tell me more about the project?
