I am a licensed residential contractor in the State of South Carolina, a member of the State and National Homebuilders Association, a SAFE Homes certified contractor and home inspector. 7 years ago, I went into business on my own because I wanted to have complete control over the product I build, for one simple reason . . . Try Shewin Williams Loxon XP which is for Masonry. It lasts a very long time and no need to prime.
What's the best way to know my builder is staying on top of building my new home if I'm far away in another state during the project?
