In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

James Hardie Co. completely resided our house and we are very satisfied with their products and quality of workmanship. The work crew was very friendly, hard-working, and their craftmanship was excellent.

Because of the James Hardie Siding Center, their product, and their workmanship, we have the best looking house on our block. It's the perfect color combination. The installers exceeded every expectation.

It's an excellent product and I don't think anything is better. It's such a great product. As far as the installation, they were one of the best installers I have ever had. Overall I am very happy and pleased.

I really liked the quality of the product. I like the fact that the product that isn't manufactured through a different company. They did a nice job installing. The house looks great and they did what they said they were going to do.

I really feel that the pricing for the product and installation could have been priced more competatively. That's the main reason I can't recommend anyone. I would be laughed at if they saw what I payed.

My experience is that the house looks fantastic and the product looks great. The customer service is very much lacking. But, getting to the point of start to finish was a major headache.

I was introduced to James Hardie Siding at a show in Denver. The Project Management team got in contact with me and provided a great plan. They were very flexible with my schedule and the staff provided a safe, quality product and the follow up was executed just as professionally.
